Welcome to the SFC Blog!

It's the end of the season for many of our SFC teams and the start of tryouts for the new season.  At our last board meeting we decided that we need to communicate more as a club.  So I thought maybe the easiest way to do this would be a blog.  We'll see - it's my first experience with blogging - supposed to be easy - right??  I will ask each of our coaches and anyone who wants to, to share information with me to go on the blog.  I want pictures, game schedules, what you're working on in practice, nutrition advice for the young athlete - anything you'd like to share with the SFC community at large.  You'll still get emails from the club about uniforms, payments, and all that stuff - but here is where you'll find all the fun stuff about SFC.

Lots of excitement in store for the 2010-11 season.  I'll try to keep the blog updated as much as possible with game dates and times and pictures.  Think of this as your blog too - send me pictures (not too many please) and news about your team and I'll post it!
